At Restaurant Tasca allow yourself to be spoiled by a warm welcome and the most delicious southern-European dishes; all organic, fresh and prepared daily.
As they shop daily and only use the best of what is in season, there is no traditional 'menu' at Tasca.
All the meat is organic and the seafood is wild, line-caught or hand-dived . Whenever possible they also work with organically grown vegetables.
You can either choose from the daily selection or let yourself be surprised by the chef (who will of course take your taste preferences , allergies or any medical indications into account)
The underlying "theme" in terms of preparation is the cuisine of the Iberian Peninsula , especially from the Atlantic coast and inland Spain and Portugal, but there are also influences from other southern European countries, South America and former colonies.
