Cultural season 2024-2025
On Friday 6 September and Saturday 7 September, Spotlight Festival Den Haag will open the 2024-2025 cultural season. This will be the second edition of the festival, which replaced UIT-Festival in 2023.
The Hague's extensive cultural offering
During the free festival, you can find out about The Hague's extensive cultural offering in an accessible and surprising way. For two days, you are welcome at The Hague's venues, theatres and cultural anchors. Scattered all over the city, they will put their programme for the coming season in the spotlight for you!
Come along for sneak previews of all the artists and venues you can see next season. Find out which performances you won't want to miss or where you can make your own music, dance or other art in your spare time!’
Friday 6 September
Friday is dedicated to Culture in the District, with the various Culture Anchors showing their offerings for the coming season. This is on Friday evening from 7pm.
Saturday 7 September
Saturday afternoon focuses on culture doers. At hotspots, institutions will come together to showcase their offerings. This is in the form of performances, workshops and communication.
This is on Saturday afternoon from 1pm to 5pm.
On Saturday evening, we enter the Cultural Institutions with the evening programme. This will feature previews of performing arts that can be visited later in the year. This is on Saturday evening from 19:30.
