Since De Noordboulevard has undergone a metamorphosis, with the arrival of the Foodhall, Scheveningen can rightly be called the hotspot of Scheveningen. The hall is inspired by the atmosphere of a lively, cosmopolitan market full of lights and sounds. Due to the placement of the stands on the sides of the hall and a walking route, there is enough space to order a dish at one of the seventeen food stands. Picked something delicious? The Foodhall Scheveningen offers boundless delicacies under one roof. The range of food stands is global and (inter)national. After a tour of the various food stands, it is time to make a choice. Will it be bitterballen, spareribs, Spanish churros, or an Asian dish? Are you going for a plate of oysters, a special local dish or a juicy veggie burger?

Accessibility
Foodhall Scheveningen is easily accessible from the center of The Hague by public transport, car and bicycle. In all cases, it takes about fifteen minutes. Those traveling by public transport can take tram lines 1 and 9 and bus lines 21, 22 and 23. From The Hague Central train station you can use tram 9 in the direction of Scheveningen. From The Hague Hollands Spoor Station, HTM trams 1 and 9 run towards the beach. Get off at the Kurhaus stop, after which you walk to De Pier within three minutes.
By car you follow the signs Scheveningen Bad from the highway. There are several parking garages in the immediate vicinity: Interparking Boulevard Scheveningen, Parking Nieuwe Parklaan, Parking Kurhaus and Parking Scheveningen Strand. These are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and all three are within a ten-minute walk. This is the fastest, especially with good weather. There are many unguarded bicycle parking spaces in Scheveningen. Directly on the beach there are also several guarded bicycle sheds from Biesieklette, where you can park your bicycle for free.
