In (Sur)Render, theatre-maker and choreographer Alida Dors goes in search of a 'new us'. Together with her dancers and the band HAYP, Alida Dors creates a new chapter with (Sur)Render after the success of Closed Eyes; a total experience with mesmerising dance, stirring music, flowing poetry and dreamy visuals. With the overarching question: how should we go on as human beings?
It is an old fact; humanity losing and finding each other again. Yet the need to find each other again this time, to redefine that humanity is perhaps greater than ever.
(Sur)Render is a radical call to get moving together and come together on a new shared frequency. Can we dance together?
