You travel there by public transport, taxi or regional taxi (such as AV 070). In Scheveningen, you can rent an (electric) beach wheelchair or ScoutCrawler at Biesieklette (Strandweg 10 or 171), which allows you to go to the beach independently. Check the Biesieklette website for reservations, times and rates.
