Pussy Riot
Pop
In this raw and urgent performance, the renowned feminist protest collective tells the personal story of founding member Maria Alyokhina, about activism, police violence, imprisonment and courage. Expect an explosive mix of poetry, politics, saxophone, beats and uncompromising punk energy.
On June 26, 2025, Russian protest collective Pussy Riot will bring their raw and uncompromising show Riot Days to PAARD in The Hague. While world leaders gather for the NATO summit, another voice can be heard on the other side of the city: that of art as protest, of resistance in the form of music and performance. With founding member Maria Alyokhina on stage, Pussy Riot shows that activism is still urgent and necessary.
Riot Days is not a concert, it is a manifesto. With a charismatic ensemble, electronic influences and sharp statements, Pussy Riot delivers an unmistakable message: protest is art, and art is resistance.
