About the show

In November 1976, the legendary duo Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber released the concept album *Evita*, which naturally featured the song that became an instant global hit: ‘Don’t Cry For Me Argentina’. In the Netherlands, too, the hit spent no fewer than ten weeks at number one in the Top 40. As a result, the musical about the life of the famous Argentine actress and First Lady Eva Perón became one of the most beloved musicals of all time. To celebrate this golden jubilee, Albert Verlinde and Huub van den Heuvel, together with House of Entertainment and in close collaboration with LW Entertainment, are presenting this unique tour, which can be seen in just eight Dutch theatres.
