There is much to experience in the Bergkerk in the Bomen- en Bloemenbuurt in The Hague. In addition to the weekly worship services on Sunday morning at 10:00 AM, many church and non-church activities take place in this church building.
The history of the Bergkerk in broad outline.
- Started as a Reformed Resurrection Church in 1965.
- Because of the Samen op Weg process from 2002, one municipality with the Reformed Pauluskerk
- Part of PKN Nederland since 2004 and from that moment on, the Resurrection Church, which is now called Bergkerk, forms a congregation with the Bethel Chapel.
- As part of the restructuring within the PKN, the Bethel Chapel will be closed for worship in the summer of 2013 and the Bergkerk congregation will continue together with the Maranatha Church.
