Spreeek is a collaboration between over 20 cultural institutions and knowledge institutes in The Hague that provides a platform for debate and dialogue in the city and makes current social issues discussable.
Spreeek
In 2020, ten organizations from The Hague joined forces to form Spreeek. The Hague has debate and knowledge in abundance, but has no central meeting place. As a result, not everyone is equally findable. Spreeek therefore helps visitors get to and from conversations about social issues.
Spreeek is a foundation and has no profit motive. The board consists of Ingrid van Engelshoven (chair), Elke Smelt, Liesbeth Weijs, Jill Wilkinson, Cees Debets, and Eric Janssen.
