In this three-hour workshop, you will immerse yourself in Italian food culture. Under the guidance of Daniele, an Italian baker and pizza maker, you will learn how to prepare homemade pizza as it is made in many Italian households. This involves oven-baked pizza from a baking tray, suitable for home use and easy to recreate.

In addition to cooking, there is time for a typical Italian aperitivo with recipes that can easily be recreated at home. After baking, the group eats together and enjoys a relaxed moment to share experiences.

Afterwards, participants will receive the recipes, tips and techniques by email and in a small booklet.
