Paardcafe - Bricknasty

Bricknasty's music combines R&B, neo-soul, jazz and psychedelic influences, inspired by artists such as D'Angelo, MF Doom and Timbaland. Each band member contributes to the creative process, resulting in unique live performances, especially popular in Dublin. Frontman Fatboy's childhood in Ballymun, an area with a complex social history, is at the heart of their story and music, which reflect the community bonds and challenges of the neighbourhood.

About Bricknasty

A chance meeting on SoundCloud between frontman Fatboy and producer Cillian McCauley grew into a full-fledged band with Dara Abdurahman (bass), Korey Thomas (drums) and Louis Younge (saxophone/keys).
