The Art Parade. Surprising - Colourful - Contemporary

An extensive selection of artworks, by established and emerging artists with a special connection to Delft, is on display together for the first time. In the festively designed exhibition, 38 large installations, objects, paintings and drawings give a glimpse of the new visual power the city is producing. The KunstParade scatters the works like confetti over the museum's galleries and far beyond, and surprises time and again. This is the last exhibition before the museum closes temporarily for a large-scale renovation. It also provides a nice prelude to the ‘new’ museum in which there will be more space for the work of 20th and 21st century artists.
