    I couldn’t find the gym if there is one. Great located can get on the tram from a short walk. Easy access to the beach and the center of the city, get tickets at the front desk. Very nice staff. The food service is very nice, must make reservations at the hotel. On one occurrence the kitchen was overwhelmed and had to close early, big group on Sunday. They didn’t always pick up the room service number, had to go down to the bar area. Good but not great TV selection. Would consider coming again.

    The hotel seemed nice and fairly new, but I experienced many issues. The room was very warm, only feather pillows were provided dispute my request for foam and we were not given access to the executive lounge. Too bad this otherwise nice hotel couldn’t provide adequate services

    Impeccable service. Room very clean and well appointed but small. Bed comfortable. Executive lounge has all we need and more for breakfast and happy hour if you can score it. Only down side was noise outside on a windy night for museum/sea facing rooms. Very nice otherwise.

    Good location, nice rooms, pleasant staff. I liked a lot breakfasts here! There are many options and all is delicious. But we had the problem. I came here I business trip to the conference and my room was booked and prepaid in advance. But there were problems worth visa so I came the day later than I should. When I tried to check in, I was told that my booking was cancelled and my room is occupied by another person. The hotel was full so I had to find another place to stay. It was quite nasty situation. Next day it was fixed but nevertheless it wasn't very fun to come to foreign country at the evening without place to stay.

    INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE Spent some time here at the weekend and had very high expectations. One staff member was particularly rude, and when I asked for another duvet, it only came the next day. The glasses in the lobby used for drinking the infused water were not clean, and there should of been vegetarian food at breakfast. However, the view from my window was beautiful even though it was noisy on the Saturday until 12 o’clock, which didn’t allow me to sleep. Also, why was my bathroom door see-through? Completely inappropriate considering I stayed with colleagues. Lastly, the tea/coffee sachets were not replaced by hotel staff/ room service, and there were used tissues under my bed soon arrival.
