From 1 May, the official outdoor swimming season will start again along the coast of The Hague. From the Zwarte Pad and the Noorderstrand to the Zuiderstrand and Kijkduin. This also means that lifeguards will be present again. The sea is still far too cold to take a dip, but if you plan on swimming in due course: always check the weather conditions in advance and follow the instructions of the lifeguards.
