On 10, 11 and 12 October, it will be time for the 9th edition of the iAfrica Film Festival, which celebrates the vibrant cultural and artistic contributions of the African continent.
Organised by Yangambi, the iAfrica Film Festival is a vibrant platform dedicated to showcasing the richness and diversity of African cinema. The festival aims to create an open and welcoming space where audiences can discover the unique voices and visions of African filmmakers and reflect on the crucial role their work continues to play in society.
Through a dynamic film programme, the festival offers audiences a fresh perspective on how African filmmakers approach and interpret pressing social issues within and beyond the continent. The iAfrica Film Festival is driven by its founders, Dady Kiyangi and Angélique Mbundu, whose vision and dedication bring this unique celebration of African stories to life.
