The Hague's extensive cultural offering

During the free festival, you will get to know The Hague's rich cultural offering in a surprising way for two days. Visit one of the four festival sections and discover over 80 organisations presenting themselves in the fields of music, dance, theatre, comedy, film, literature and more.

Stop by for sneak previews of all the artists and stages you can go and see next year. Find out which performances you don't want to miss or where you can make your own music, dance or other art in your spare time! During the festival, you can also buy discounted tickets for the new season from various participants.

Programme (times subject to change)

On Friday evening, the festival kicks off with Spotlight In de Wijk, followed by Spotlight Kids and the Spotlight Talent Square on Saturday afternoon. Saturday night closes with the first-ever Spotlight Culture Night, with 16 cultural institutions from well-known to hidden gems opening their doors. Scattered all over the city, venues and theatres will put their new programmes in the spotlight.
