Dignita is your go-to café for a delicious brunch. With four beautiful locations you can have breakfast, brunch or lunch in the heart of Amsterdam and now also in The Hague! Our newest café is located at Prins Hendrikstraat 105 in the Zeeheldenkwartier; a stone's throw from the city center.

Dignita creates delicious brunch dishes and serves great coffee from Rum Baba. Our menu brings out the best of the season and reinvents traditional brunch classics with a twist. Our focus is on serving really fresh food with attention to every detail; we make everything from scratch, using sustainable and organic ingredients. There is also a wide choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Dignita is a social enterprise of the Not For Sale Foundation and consists of three successful brunch restaurants in Amsterdam and therefore our newest location in The Hague. Not For Sale's mission is to create a new perspective on life for people who are exploited or vulnerable. We do this by offering work-study programs in our restaurants. 100% of the profits from the Dignita restaurants go towards Not For Sale's training program.
