Once again this year, Bob Schwarze steps into the shoes of the ultimate miser of Christmas: Ebenezer Scrooge!  A feast of recognition, and yet again completely new. 

Ebenezer Scrooge is the main character from the ultimate Christmas story Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. A Victorian tale about an old and embittered miser who has a series of dreams on the night before Christmas and, as a result, comes to repentance. Scrooge has spent his life focused on getting more money and nothing else. He despises things other than money, including friendship, love and the idea of Christmas.

Actually, this is a very topical story. The gap between rich and poor is growing faster and faster. Energy is expensive, there is war and poverty in large areas of the world. As a society, we are increasingly dependent on each other. Christmas is pre-eminently a time to look after each other. Be inspired by this almost two-century-old story.
