During the summer months, Gilde The Hague organizes special walks through the historic city center that you can join. Will you walk along the royal residences, the city palaces, through stately avenues and old streets?
Historical walk through the city
The guide will tell you stories about the main residents of the former Hof, the regents and the most notable people and point out special monuments along the route. And, of course, you will also hear about the origins of The Hague as a city of government.
Practical information
This walk is held every Sunday morning at 11am from July to September.
- The price is € 8,00 per adult and € 4,00 for children (6-12 years old)
- You are requested to be present 10-15 minutes before the start.
- The walk starts on the Plein, near the statue of William of Orange.
