Slowing down rarely happens naturally. Elementum offers a specific setting for this: an evening where live music and movement come together in a calm, guided atmosphere. The evening begins with simple exercises to help you become present, ground yourself in your body and let go of the day. From there, live music takes over, providing a foundation for movement, stillness and listening. It’s not about technique or performance, but about what naturally arises when you take a moment to pause.
