It all began in 2015 when Hans and his sons Cor and Jonathan opened a restaurant next to their fish specialty shop in Gentsestraat. With years of experience in fish, the time between catch and preparation is minimal. The family serves as their own supplier, meaning fish caught in the morning is served that same evening. The Vigo Family also includes Vigo Seafoodbar, Wine & Seafoodbar Areia, Vinostra Wine & Oysterbar, and Bistro Lemongrass.
