Zuiderstrand public transport stop – terminus for bus 22 and tram 12
Bus 22 and tram 12 provide a good connection between The Hague Central Station and Hollands Spoor Station and Scheveningen’s Zuiderstrand. These buses and trams will take you from the stations to Zuiderstrand and Westduinpark – both within walking distance – in 30 minutes.
Quiet Beach & Nature
From the bus stop, walk through the dunes towards the peaceful beach, which is also known amongst the people of The Hague as the ‘quiet beach’. Here you’ll find various beach bars such as Strandpaviljoen Zuid, De Fuut, De Staat, Millers Beach and De Kwartel. Westduinpark is also within walking distance. This protected nature reserve is ideal for a walk through the dunes, with beautiful viewpoints overlooking the coast and a variety of walking and cycling paths.
