The Sound of Christmas has become a beloved highlight for The Hague audiences in the run-up to Christmas. During this international Christmas concert, the ensembles and choirs of the Academy of Vocal Arts perform surprising Christmas music from all over the world.
From traditional English carols to a lullaby from Poland and from Rutter to Praetorius, there is something for everyone during this atmospheric Christmas concert. On stage are children aged 6-16 who share their passion for singing together with you. You can enjoy polyphonic music, children in Dickensian costumes and, above all, lots of fun. Let the children of the Academy of Vocal Arts, led by Daniëlle van Lieshout, take you on a journey through the youthful sounds of Christmas!
