Academy of Vocal Arts - The Sound of Christmas
The Sound of Christmas has become a popular highlight with audiences in The Hague in the run-up to Christmas. During this international Christmas concert, the ensembles and choirs of the Academy of Vocal Arts sing surprising Christmas music from all parts of the world.
Christmas carols from around the world
Besides English Carols and Dutch Christmas music, there will also be songs from Austria, Romania and Norway, with a world premiere of an arrangement of a song from the latter country. The concert will be conducted by the director of the ACVA, Daniëlle van Lieshout.
