- 5 km from 9am to 3pm
- 10 and 15 km from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- 25 km from 8.30 am to 11.00 am
- 40 km from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The start office closes at 5pm. The 5 km routes are also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Accessibility
The car park on Machiel Vrijenhoeklaan has been the regular start and finish point for the Duinenmars for many years. As there is limited parking in the immediate vicinity, participants are advised to travel to the Duinenmars by public transport or by bike wherever possible. From The Hague Central Station or the centre of The Hague, bus 24 runs to Kijkduin, and from The Hague Hollands Spoor Station, bus 26 runs towards Kijkduin.
