On Saturday 20 December, historic Loosduinen in The Hague will once again be transformed into a lively setting full of atmosphere, music and theatre during the Dickens Festival Loosduinen. Step into the world of Charles Dickens, where the nineteenth century comes back to life among the winter streets, cheerful extras and atmospheric lighting.
A day full of history and Christmas spirit
The heart of the festival is located in the Loosduinen Heritage Park, with the Abbey Church, De Korenaer, the Loosduins Museum and the surrounding park providing an enchanting backdrop. This is where history, culture and Christmas come together.
From the Heritage Park, the route continues towards Loosduinse Hoofdplein and Kraayenstein Shopping Centre, where visitors can enjoy music, performances and festive stalls.
