A day of dancing, music & market fun
Come experience Prinsjesfestival at the Hofvijver on Saturday, September 12,! There will be activities for all ages throughout the day. Join us for breakfast in the morning at the Prinsjes Breakfast, enjoy various musical performances, stroll past the stalls at the Prinsjes Market, make your own hat at the Prinsjes Workshop for kids, and check out the Prinsjes Fashion Show! Music will be playing everywhere, and there will be workshops you can join. Travel for free on the Democracy Train to the Hofvijver and experience the lively atmosphere of the Prinsjes Market.

- Join the PrinsjesBreakfast with Mayor Jan van Zanen (10:00)
- Stroll past the stalls at the PrinsjesMarket (starting at 11:30)
- PrinsjesAtelier: Show that your voice matters and design your own unique hat! (12:00–15:00)
- Listen to various live performances by PrinsjesNach!
- Watch the “Rode Vlinder” artons, which tell the story of the origins of the Dutch democracy
- Play the game “De Nieuwe Stad” and think about how you would design your perfect world!
- Answer a question and have your photo taken with Queen Máxima or Queen Beatrix – free of charge.
