Haagse Musicaldagen

The Haagse Musicaldagen is a musical theatre workshop and performance at Het Koorenhuis in The Hague, organised by Hoftheaterschool. In two days, amateurs and professional musical theatre makers create a completely new musical together, which is performed live for an audience at the end of the weekend.
Hoftheaterschool brings amateurs and professionals together for an intensive, hands-on process: within two days, a fully realised musical takes shape. Each day, a group of up to 25 participants joins in, with ages ranging from 7 to 99. At the end of the weekend, the result is performed in front of a live audience.

This year, professionals Soraya Gerrits, Thereza Kooijmans and Daniel Vissers are part of the process, working alongside the amateur participants. They bring their expertise to the table and guide the group towards a complete performance in a short time. Want to take part? Registration opens after the summer at Hoftheaterschool.
