BECOMING Trans Masc
BECOMING Trans Masc is part of the queer performance series BECOMING and takes place at Zaal 3 in The Hague. This edition focuses on trans masc identity and fluid masculinity, with a programme of performances, dialogue and dance. The programme is mostly in English.
Each edition of BECOMING brings a different perspective, and Trans Masc centres the trans masc people and kings of the queer community. The evening explores what masculinity really means when you let go of traditional frameworks. Trans joy sits alongside critical reflection on the masculine norm, resulting in an evening that is both meaningful and celebratory.
Expect performances, interaction, dance and space for dialogue, with softness as a guiding principle. BECOMING consistently holds to the belief that vulnerability is strength and that depth and festivity go hand in hand.
