Firtan + Bezwering
On Friday 16 October 2026, Musicon in The Hague is the setting for a night of heavy black metal. German act Firtan and Dutch band Bezwering share the stage for a concert starting at 20:30.
Firtan has been active for over a decade and grown into one of the most distinctive names in the German extreme metal scene. Starting from the raw energy of 90s black metal, the band developed a layered sound full of contrasts: brutal guitars and furious drums alongside acoustic and electric violin, dulcimer and analogue synthesizers. On their fourth album Ethos, released via AOP Records, the band explores existential themes through the tension between harmony and dissonance, heaviness and vulnerability. Live, this translates into intense shows that have left their mark across Europe.
Bezwering opens the night at Musicon The Hague
Opening the evening is Bezwering, a band that emerged from the Gelderland underground in 2018. Building on the legacy of WEDERGANGER, Bezwering crafts a dark world of sound steeped in atmosphere and black energy, making them a compelling start to the night at Musicon.
