Monthly Jazz Experience in The Hague

Friday Night Jazz is an event organised by the Jazz at the Club Foundation in cooperation with Podium De Nieuwe Kamer, Leonardo Royal Hotel and the Interest Association for Jazz, World and Improvisational Music The Hague (BID).

Every month, enjoy different jazz musicians taking the stage and playing delicious jazz music at Friday Night Jazz.

16 January - Trio Joan Fort ft. Timothy Banchet The music of this trio is characterised by swing and groove, so typical of the North American jazz tradition. For this occasion, they are joined by pianist Timothy Banchet.
13 February - Dado Moroni Trio. Pianist Dado Moroni performs at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in The Hague. He is accompanied by bassist Joris Teepe and drummer Frits Landesbergen.
13 March - Zoeteman, Van den Dungen, Tarenskeen. A performance by guitarist Joost Zoeteman, saxophonist Ben van den Dungen and double bassist Bart Tarenskeen at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in The Hague.
10 April - Vibraphonist Steve Nelson will give a jazz concert with bassist Joris Teepe and drummer Eric Ineke, dedicated to the double album A Common Language (Daybreak / Timeless Records). This album features fifteen jazz and song standards by Milt Jackson, Thelonious Monk and others.
8 May - The Dutch Jazz Band presents the album Fresh Jazzy Notes, featuring easy listening jazz and influences from various jazz styles.
