Three bands with roots in The Hague

The Beatstad edition of LIVE on the BEACH takes place on Friday 4 September 2026 at Scheveningen beach in The Hague. During this special evening, Anouk, Son Mieux and DI-RECT will perform one after another on the same stage. All three acts started their careers in The Hague, a city long known as the Beatstad of the Netherlands. This shared musical background forms the basis of this edition. DI-RECT will close the evening with a 90-minute set.

Live music by the sea

The concert takes place on the beach near the Northern Harbour Head (Noordelijk Havenhoofd) in Scheveningen. With the sea and sunset as a backdrop, the open-air setting creates a distinctive atmosphere. LIVE on the BEACH is a large-scale, multi-day open-air music event held on Scheveningen beach. Each year, national and international artists perform by the sea, attracting tens of thousands of visitors.
