This historic hotel is one of my favorites! The gorgeous cigar lounge and restaurant are decorated to impress and have a great High Tea. Our room was very cozy luxury. The spa was amazing, although I’ll have to wait until next time to get a massage. I enjoyed a good bath and a great view of the downtown buildings in den Haag. Staying here, you’re right next to the shopping district, and on Sunday and Wednesday in summer, you’ll find the book and antiques market outside your door. The Escher museum, as well as the Peace Palace and many other historical and art museums are also within a kilometer or two at most. This is a very, very nice hotel, and I felt like I should’ve brought nicer clothes to match! It’s a solid five-star hotel in every way, and I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness and conscientiousness.

A beautiful historic building in a very nice area of The Hague. The service is very good an comfortable rooms. Specially room 117 is great with a perfect view on the nice area. The bar is very good equipped with very good bartenders.

Ate at restaurant and it was above average but not outstanding. Service could have been better but it was definitely good. Serving staff could be better informed about what they are serving and pay better attention to the dining experience. You should try this place out. It's very nice

Absolutely wonderful, luxurious hotel. From staff to food to the room, everything was well thought out with comfort in mind. Breakfast was not included, but I went one day and you can do a la carte or buffet, recommend the buffet, they have an exceptional spread. One of my favorite parts of this stay was the teas that were included, the hotel has special blends made and then put in the room. The night time white tea was especially nice.

Amazing hotel with attentive staff. Our experience was one of clean rooms, linens, etc. Maybe the management paid attention to some of the previous reviews and dove into cleaning the nooks and crannies. My wife and I are experienced travelers and enjoy fine hotels and attention to detail. Hotel Des Indes did not disappoint. While usually I'm not a fan of hotel food breakfast was phenomenal. Great location in the Center of Haag, easy transportation access to anywhere in the city. Interesting history in this former mansion from Kings and Queens to dignataries of all sorts.
