The Royal Ten has been a household name among runners from The Hague and the surrounding area for 27 years. The organization has again done its best to set up a challenging course on all 4 distances.
Participants can register this year for the following distances:
Program Sunday 25th of May
- 12:00 PM, Frame Running (1.1 km, para-athletic sport), free.
- 12:30 PM Kids run (1.5 km, parents and supervisors join for free)
- 13:00 PM 5 kilometer race (Performance Run, School Run, Business Run)
- 14:30 PM 10 kilometer race (Athletics Union Competition Run, Performance Run, APM Terminals Business Run, School Run)
