Phonsawan - Fluwelen Burgwal 11c

Phonsawan means "gift from heaven" in Thai and so is the food here! You can eat here, among other things, the tastiest authentic pad thai - according to many - in The Hague. If you go on a weekend, reservation is recommended.

Umami - Buitenhof 46

Next to Vapiano you can find Umami. According to some it's perhaps the tastiest 'asion fusion' restaurant in The Hague. Chef Han of the former star restaurant Han Ting (now restaurant Zheng, located on the Prinsestraat, highly recommended for fine dining!) opened this restaurant and can now also be found in other cities in the Netherlands.

Bayro Pilipinas - Fluwelen Burgwal 51

The Filipino cuisine is a special mix of Chinese, Malaysian and Spanish cuisine, but you can also see some American and Indian influences. Bayro Pilipinas is one of the few Filipino restaurants in The Hague and here you can eat the most delicious adobo, which is chicken or beef in soy sauce, with vinegar and garlic. Tip: leave some room for the 'leche flan' for dessert.

The drink from Taiwan with tapioca balls is super popular! Bubble Tea is made from tea, fruit syrup, milk and of course the tapioca balls (made from cassava). You drink the poppings with the straw and give a special effect. Want to try bubble tea? Then visit:
