Paardcafé: Louis Pedro
On 1 November 2026, Louis Pedro performs at Soundcheck at Paardcafé in The Hague. This free hip-hop night by PAARD and FunX gives emerging Dutch talent a stage.
Louis Pedro is making his mark. The rapper from Leeuwarden is building a reputation in Dutch hip-hop with a sound that's raw and melodic at once, paired with storytelling that stays close to home. His lyrics deal with growing up, ambition, the weight of expectations, and holding on to the creative freedom he had as a kid. On stage, that translates into explosive energy.
Soundcheck at Paardcafé in The Hague
This concert is part of Soundcheck, a series of hip-hop evenings organised by PAARD in collaboration with FunX. Following a first edition featuring BFL Quatro, Vinny, Noah and Narco Polo, new names from the Dutch scene now get a platform at Paardcafé. Entry is free. FunX supports the performing artists through live sessions, interviews and platform coverage – because a serious career calls for a strong live show.
