Umami by Han The Hague is a modern Asian fusion restaurant led by top chef Han Ji. Many of the menus revolve around the principle of social dining, i.e. sharing beautiful dishes with your table companions. Umami by Han serves original Asian fusion dishes in a modern setting. The dishes are innovative with a culinary touch at an accessible price. Not only is the food innovative and different, Umami also serves amazing tea pairing menus carefully selected by their tea sommeliers. And the wine sommelier, Koen Cramer, has also selected many beautiful wines.
