Place for talent
Korzo is a house on the move. A leading stage and creative producer. Audiences and makers are brought together in innovative formats, because they are curious and convinced that talent can flourish through unusual connections and an open mind. Not for nothing is the motto 'Here to move you'.
It works with makers and partners who are at the cutting edge of dance and movement, pushing boundaries and looking beyond them. They find a place in and around the adventurous programming, the India Dance Festival and CaDance Festival. Korzo presents a reflection of the current top in dance, music and physical theatre and circus.

History
The former Corzo cinema on Prinsestraat was put into use as dance theatre Korzo in the early 1980s. It took its shape in the 1990s: a large and small auditorium, a number of rehearsal rooms and a foyer. At the time, the complex was expanded to include a former reformed church and a monumental office building on Nobelstraat. Korzo increasingly developed from a theatre of dance to a production house for music and dance productions. As a result, the need for more studio space for classes, workshops and rehearsals grew. And as the flow of audiences increased sharply over the years, the foyer and audience facilities were no longer adequate. So a major renovation was started in 2007 and completed in 2011.
Korzo theatre is located in the Prinsestraat in the historical Court Quarter of The Hague. This authentic shopping street can be found between two iconic spots in The Hague city centre: the Great Church and the Palace Gardens. The fashionistas of The Hague make their mark here with trendy fashion and accessory stores, design shops and art galleries.

Bike
Parking in front of the door is difficult. Don't park your bike on the pavement; park it for free at Biesieklette Nobelstraat.
Car
There is little to no parking on Prinsestraat itself. Plan your trip well in advance to be on time (no entrance to the show after it starts!). Parking is available in the nearby Q-Park Torengarage or Q-Park City Parking. Holders of a disabled parking card can park in several parking spaces right in front of the venue.
