Striptopia is 1.5 hours of pure energy and sizzling excitement. Here, stigmas are shattered and the art of pole dancing, drag, stripping and performance is celebrated to the full. It completely turns your idea of adult entertainment on its head.
The idea originated as a final-year project at the Design Academy Eindhoven by Maggie Saunders. Built on the principles of honesty, safety, inclusivity and fun, this reimagined strip club is now open to the public for the first time in The Hague. Come and join us! Come and enjoy.
Face to face with international performers: sexy and exciting
Striptopia is the most inclusive strip club around. Not just straight men, but also women, queer people, couples and free spirits come here to meet four outspoken international performers face to face. This turns strip club culture into something to celebrate, question and re-examine with a much wider audience. It’s sexy, it’s exciting, it’s titillating and it’s desperately needed in the world of strip clubs.
From Tilla Tec to Down the Rabbit Hole
Founder Maggie worked in strip clubs herself and visited dozens of clubs around the world. She saw beauty and strength there, but also racism, body shaming, non-payment and a lack of care for performers. Her motivation for Striptopia was simple: to create the club she herself felt was missing. From the Down the Rabbit Hole festival to the queer club Tilla Tec, Striptopia manages to change the way people view strip clubs forever.
