Vigo Oyster Bar
Vigo Oysterbar is part of the Vigo Family, a Hague-based hospitality family with deep roots in Scheveningen and a great love of fish, shellfish and crustaceans. The restaurant is the second Vigo venue alongside Vigo Seafoodbar and has its own relaxed atmosphere: welcoming, sunny and with that holiday feeling that keeps you coming back.
Kitchen
The menu at Vigo Oysterbar features a compact selection of Vigo Seafoodbar’s favourite dishes. Think fresh fish, seafood bites, fish & chips, fruits de mer, lovely snacks and, of course, oysters – the establishment’s signature dish.
Whether you’re coming for a regular lunch, a glass of wine with oysters, a table full of seafood to share, or a relaxed dinner with friends: at Vigo Oysterbar, you’re always welcome. The menu is slightly smaller than that of Vigo Seafoodbar, but it’s every bit as Vigo in terms of quality, taste and hospitality.

Oysters take centre stage at Vigo Oysterbar. Choose from a variety of oyster varieties and pair them with a fine glass of wine, a glass of bubbly or a lovely bottle to share at the table. Even if you’re not an oyster lover, there’s plenty to choose from: from approachable seafood classics to small bites and dishes to share.
Terrace
One of Vigo Oysterbar’s highlights is its sunny terrace on Aert van der Goesstraat. It’s a lovely spot to sit on the sunny side, especially during drinks and dinner. Perfect for oysters in the sun, a glass of wine after work, or a long evening of dining with that holiday feeling.
Vigo Family
Vigo Oysterbar is part of the Vigo Family, the Roeleveld family’s hospitality business based in The Hague. A love of seafood has been in the family for generations. Against this backdrop, Vigo is all about fresh produce, hospitality and enjoying a meal together.
