Grammy winner Cory Henry performs with his own band, The Funk Apostles, at the Zuiderparktheater in The Hague. With his mix of gospel, funk, jazz, and soul, Cory Henry continues to push boundaries and inspire a new generation of musicians.
Cory Henry is a Grammy Award-winning musician from Brooklyn, New York, and one of the most versatile artists of his generation. In 2025, he won a Grammy for Best Roots Gospel Album with his personal project Church, which also features family members. An intimate PBS documentary was released about the album and his life. Henry previously won Grammys for collaborations with Rosalía and Kanye West (Donda), and has worked with greats such as Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen and Imagine Dragons.
He made his international breakthrough as a member of Snarky Puppy and launched his solo career in 2018 with Art of Love. His subsequent albums, including Something to Say, Operation Funk and Live at the Piano, earned him multiple Grammy nominations.

From pop and rock to soul and Dutch music: every evening you can experience a performance in an intimate setting with a real festival atmosphere.
This show is semi-seated. With semi-seating, you have the choice between a seat or standing room. It is not possible to reserve a seat in advance, so a seat is not guaranteed for these shows.
