Travel & stay

The Hague lies along an 11 kilometre stretch of beach on the West Coast of the Netherlands and is easy to reach by boat, plane, train or car. Rotterdam-The Hague Airport is less than 30 kilometres away and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is approximately 40 kilometres from The Hague. There are plenty of car parks. Once you've arrived in The Hague it's easy to get around by public transport: it takes just 10 to 15 minutes to travel from the city centre to Scheveningen beach by tram or bus. The two train stations are situated in the middle of the low-traffic zone of the city centre.
