Exhibition Ꜵccident GROTESQUE by artist Cevdet Erek is on show at West Den Haag. Erek, internationally recognised for his spatial sound installations, presents new work at this art centre in The Hague. Admission is free.
Cevdet Erek is a Turkish artist working at the intersection of sound, architecture and visual art. His installations play with rhythm, measure and the physical experience of space. In Ꜵccident GROTESQUE, he brings these elements together in a work that probes the border between the grotesque and the everyday. The title alone signals that this is not about polished aesthetics, but about friction and unexpected encounters.
