People strolling through a cozy shopping street decorated for Christmas.

On 20 and 21 December, the Huygenskwartier Voorburg will be filled with Christmas spirit, with a visit from Santa Claus, live music, and activities for young and old.

During the weekend before Christmas, Huygenskwartier Voorburg transforms into a charming Christmas destination. Santa Claus visits with his elves Elf and Twelve. The Christmas inspectors are also out and about, looking for visitors with the most Christmas spirit – or the least.

There will be live music from the Carol Singers, hot drinks such as mulled wine and hot chocolate, and a treasure hunt for children: crack the Christmas code and receive a small surprise.

The shops in the Huygenskwartier are offering special promotions and Christmas gifts. Need a break? Warm up in one of the nearby cafés or restaurants.

The Christmas activities will take place on Saturday 20 December from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday 21 December from 12 noon to 5 p.m.
