Dominique Vleeshouwers – Spotlight: Water Ripples
Classical music, electronics and artificial intelligence come together in Water Ripples, a Spotlight concert of the Delft Chamber Music Festival 2026. Percussionist and composer Dominique Vleeshouwers, better known as DOMNIQ, performs on Friday 11 September in the main hall of Theater De Veste in The Hague.
DOMNIQ builds Water Ripples around a clear idea: not dazzling for its own sake, but guiding the act of listening. Sound layers inspired by the underwater world merge with percussion and melodic harmonies into a programme that unfolds calmly and with purpose. Robotics, AI and music at Theater De Veste
Water Ripples connects to the festival theme 'The Robots are coming', which takes the rise of robotics in Delft as its starting point.
