Pianist Elizaveta Blokhina will perform a varied programme featuring works by Mendelssohn, Medtner, Schumann, and Scriabin on Friday, 30 January 2026. The concert is part of the monthly PianoSalon organised by HaagsPianoHuis, where young pianists showcase their talents.

Blokhina graduated with honours from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow and is now pursuing a master's degree at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Her programme begins with the romantic sounds of Fanny Mendelssohn, followed by Nikolai Medtner's rarely performed 'Fairy Tales'. This is followed by the dramatic piano pieces of Robert Schumann and the radiant music of Alexander Scriabin.
