This two-week dance course focuses on the Afro-Cuban roots of Salsa. Through Orishas, Afro-Cuban movement and Salsa with Afro, participants explore how rhythm, history and movement are connected.
The course combines dance, cultural background and body awareness in an open and welcoming environment.
What can you expect from the Afro-Cuban Salsa course?
Participants work with rhythm, grounding, musicality and movement inspired by Afro-Cuban traditions. The course offers space to deepen your connection with Salsa and better understand its cultural roots.

The course is open to all levels. Dance experience is not required. Participants are invited to join with curiosity, comfortable clothing and an open attitude.
