During The Fashion Week, the fashion exhibition Lange Voor Haute Couture will take place on the Lange Voorhout. From Thursday, September 26 to Sunday, October 6, striking haute couture from Dutch fashion talent can be admired for free and up close, presented in glass containers in which hand-made royal fashion can be seen.

Sustainability 
Haute Couture is unique handmade clothing. The designer often only makes one custom design for the wearer. The most refined techniques and materials are used for a beautiful result. 
The organization of the fashion exhibition, Dutch Fashion Embassy, ​​wants to make the craft of fashion and couture visible with this exhibition and offer a new platform for fashion designers in the Netherlands. The garments at this special fashion exhibition are handmade and sustainability is one of the important pillars in design and manufacturing. 

Participation
There is also a pop-up studio at this location, where extra attention to sustainability, crafts and couture techniques such as embroidery can be seen. In this way, the public who wants to contribute can learn under guidance how a couture piece takes shape and can help embroider a special couture piece through a participation project.

The fashion exhibition is free to visit all day and does not close in the evenings. The participating designers of this edition of Lange Voor Haute Couture will be announced later this year.
