Meet Me in the Middle
In the group exhibition Meet Me in the Middle, the physical and mental space between people is explored. Where is the boundary between you and the other? How close can you actually get to someone else? And to what extent do you need the other to define yourself?
The selected artworks by Gerrit van Bakel (1943-1984, The Netherlands), Hadassah Emmerich (1974, The Netherlands), Yoko Ono (1933, Japan) and Rita Ponce de León (1982, Peru) all give meaning to deeper, more intimate forms of human contact or cause to do so.
