The Grey Space invites: POISON IVY
The Grey Space presents a new instalment of its self-curated club series, which focuses on openness, connection and club culture. For this evening, POISON IVY has invited a range of artists to perform a programme featuring dubby textures, electro and experimental electronic music.
The evening kicks off on the ground floor with a reggae and dub set by London-based artist Issy Jeanne. This area will remain open all evening for visitors who want to listen, chat or relax. Downstairs, the focus shifts to the dance floor.
Goony Goose from Rotterdam kicks off the programme with experimental electronic music and danceable EDM influences. Next up is Birds, with electro selections that blend punk and British club culture. Berton rounds off the night with atmospheric electronic music featuring influences from dub and progressive sounds.
Throughout the evening, Dear Olivia will be giving two live performances in the basement. Meanwhile, Issy Jeanne’s documentary Woman in UK Sound System Culture will be showing continuously upstairs.
The line-up consists entirely of FLINTA artists and creators. The evening is all about collective energy, musical exchange and creating space for new sounds within the club scene.
