Valentine at Botanica
Celebrate Valentine's Day at Botanica with a special three-course dinner curated by Chef Uljan Rakipi, inspired by the rich flavours of Dutch cuisine. Enjoy an intimate evening in a romantic and warm setting, while tasting the best local ingredients in each dish.
Menu
The menu starts with a refined amuse, followed by a tasty starter of pumpkin ravioli with black garlic and Comté, and a delicious main course of rib-eye with Jerusalem artichoke and beetroot. Dinner concludes with a delicious canelé with caramel and walnut.
Optionally, you can add a Botanica oyster (€2.50 each) or opt for a cheese platter with blueberry jam and dried fruit bread (€14.50). This menu is available from 13 to 16 February for €65 per person. Dietary requirements and allergies can be specified in advance.
